Just seen this one on the nightly news and it's listed on their webpage.
BLAIR COUNTY COUSINS MARRY IN MARYLAND
First cousins who were denied a marriage license by a Blair County court clerk and county judge earlier this month have been married in Maryland. Tonight Show host Jay Leno and conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh both commented about the story after Blair County Judge Jolene Kopriva refused to marry 46-year-old Eleanor Amrhein and 39-year-old Donald W. Andrews Senior, 39, of Logan Township. The couple petitioned the judge March 14th, three days after a court clerk refused to marry them after learning they were first cousins. The couple's mothers are sisters. But they hoped the judge would grant an exception to the Pennsylvania law, which was meant to prevent birth defects and other problems caused by intermarriage. The couple told the judge they didn't plan to have children, but the judge refused to make an exception. So the couple traveled to Maryland where first cousins are allowed to marry. Amrhein says some people have told her she should be ashamed of marrying her cousin. But she says she's not ashamed, just in love.
Now I'm sorry but that is just totally fuckin gross! I don't care if they don't intend to have kids or not. It would be like screwing your sibbling! How anymore backwoods hick can ya get here? Everyone's thoughts?
