Off Hugh's list. I'd say Bad Medicine is the best choice. Preferably the extended album version over the shorter radio version. It's a toss up on the pussy ballad.
Blood on Blood - Just doesn't fit the whole sex, drugs, and rock n roll image. That song was an example of how Jovi tried to distance themselves from their 80's hairband image.
Livin on a Prayer - while a great song, would never work for you guys live due to the lack of the vocal effects.
Lay your hands on me - Another good song. But the background vocals would be week due to the lack of a chorus behind you.
onto Vic's list
Armageddon It - Good song. very sexually charged. I could see this one working.
Hysteria - not bad. I'm socked Love Bites didn't make the list. Good choice for the pussy ballad though.
Rocket - too many background effects to pull it off right.
Women - would work if you could get enough girls on the dance floor.
Animal - like the song but I could think of better ones to do.
Too Late for Love & Bringing on the heartbreak - classic Lep... good choices.
Let's get rocked - opener for the Addrenalize tour. (my first real rock concert)
The only problem I have with any of the songs is background vocals. Unfortuantly, that's not really a band issue but a sound issue. Alot of the songs on the current set list sound great... but there's a select few where the backing vocals are shit. They're either just very week or totally non existant. Again I don't think it's an issue with the band but more the sound. Hopefully that's something that can be corrected as time goes on.
Now I'll post my own list. I'll do some rella and some Poison and try to give reasons for choosing those songs.

Cinderella
Somebody Save Me - It's a guitar thing with this song
Bad Seamstress Blues/Fallin Apart at the seams - This one runs over 5 minutes on the disk. But a killer combination of blues and hard rock.
Don't know what you got (till it's gone) - Pussy ballad. Loved the video for this one.
Heartbreak Station - Another pussy ballad about love lost.
Bad Attitude Shuffle - good rockin song although the ending may be hard to replicate with Tom muttering a long tangent of curse words you probably won't find on any lyrics sheets.
Honorable mention: Through the rain - another ballad with very thought out lyrics. Written by Tom for his mother when she was suffering from cancer. (Hard to find the words is also on the same album. written as a tribute to his mother after she passed away.)
Poison
Look What the Cat dragged in - staple opener for every poison show. Would prefer to hear it as it is on the first album though with the growls and purrs.
I want action - very sexually charged and to the point. I'm a tad biased on this one since a personal friend was in the video for it.
Rock Star - I think the lyrics say it all for this one. Would be a great one to end a show with.
Sexual Thing - I welcome you to the house of Synn.... open your mind let the games begin!
Be the One or Lay your body down - pussy ballads.
Honorable mentions
One More for the bone - this was an out take from the origional Crack a smile. Unfortunatly the song may offend some since it's basically about fuckin a fat chic.
Good Love - Vic can ya play harmonica?
So Tell Me Why - The background vocals might be a problem with this one. But if you could get everyone in key with each other it'd sound great!

I was thinking about putting Animal, Foolin', and Let's Get Rocked up too, but I know you guys got your hands full with songs and shit. And I agree with Mistress on background vocals.
Hugh, Kudos on finding the balls to post all that BJB stuff amongst a group of torrid 80's fans. Like all choices, too.
(Don't know what you got (till it's gone) - Pussy ballad. Loved the video for this one.) --Nyet!

Thunderstruck would rock too if they can bring up the background vocals.

Wow, a hell of a lot of great songs on these lists.
I usually prefer some of the harder shit. But since there is a mixture here and there were some great Cinderella songs mentioned, how about "One for Rock & Roll" off of Heartbreak Station- the lyrics are killer!!!!

Long Stick Goes Boom would work well. Vic's vocals fit that song. Screamin would be hard to do unless HF1 got a tape to record the intro wind rush effect. Harpo does this tune and it F'in Rocks. Teas'n and Pleas'n from Dangerous Toys is a good choice.
